1. Operator and agreement
Forma is a website describing AI photo editing and image generation, operated by PAIDBAK. Use the website lawfully and respect these terms and other people’s rights. If you disagree, do not submit information or continue using the website. Registration is intended for adults aged 18 or older acting for themselves or with authority for an organization.
2. Current availability
This version contains information, a lookbook, pricing and a registration interface that opens an email-code field. Email delivery, code validation, account creation, token purchases, photo uploads and AI processing are not connected. Selecting a package opens registration and does not charge you. Prices describe the proposed service model and are not confirmation of a completed transaction.
3. Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information, use materials with the necessary rights and obtain permission from people depicted. Do not create material for fraud, harassment, privacy violations or impersonation. Our Acceptable Use Policy provides further rules. Do not submit someone else’s personal information without a lawful basis, interfere with site security or attempt to access another person’s information.
4. AI output limitations
AI may introduce artifacts or change appearance. Likeness, accuracy, uniqueness, fitness for a particular purpose and acceptance by third-party platforms are not guaranteed. Review output before publishing. For official documents, use only material permitted by the relevant authority. Dating outcomes, audience growth and professional-photography quality are not promised.
5. Tokens and access
One image is priced at 5 tokens. Package pricing and welcome-bonus rules appear in Payments & Tokens. Actual purchases require an enabled payment process and order confirmation. Access may be limited proportionately for substantiated misuse, subject to applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights and the terms of a confirmed purchase continue to apply.
6. Liability and disputes
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or removes mandatory consumer protection. First contact the operator with a description of the issue and your requested resolution. Applicable law and the competent court are determined subject to mandatory rules in your jurisdiction. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or prevent legally available complaints or remedies.
7. Changes to terms
Material changes are published with an updated date. Confirmed purchase terms should not be changed retroactively without a lawful basis. Technical characteristics, deadlines or guarantees not disclosed before an order are not promised. Keep a copy of the terms applicable when you make an actual purchase.
