1. Source photographs
Using the service does not by itself transfer ownership of your source photographs to the operator. You must hold the necessary rights to upload, transform and publish them for your intended purpose. Possessing a file is not always the same as holding its copyright. Photographer agreements and stock licenses may restrict editing or commercial use.
2. People depicted
Obtain appropriate permission to change and publish another person’s likeness. Commercial, advertising and sensitive uses may require additional releases. Never publish someone else’s intimate material without consent or use a likeness for harassment or impersonation. The registration offer is for adult users.
3. Permission needed to provide the service
When processing is enabled, operator use should be limited to what is necessary to perform the request, retain results for disclosed periods and protect the service. Public advertising using your image requires a separate lawful basis and is not assumed automatically. The current version does not accept visitor photo uploads.
4. Legal status of AI output
Protection for AI-created images depends on jurisdiction, human contribution and the actual provider’s terms. Exclusivity, dissimilarity from other work and automatic copyright protection are not guaranteed. Commercial-use terms must reflect the connected provider rather than an unverified blanket promise. Assess your intended use before publishing.
5. Commercial projects
Check for third-party trademarks, recognizable people, protected designs and other rights. Do not claim endorsement by a person or brand without permission. For commercial projects, determine necessary permissions and restrictions before publication, especially in advertising or sensitive contexts. Your intended audience and location may affect the rights required.
6. Website materials
Lookbook materials illustrate styles and are not offered to visitors under an open license. Rights remain with their respective holders. If you believe a material is displayed without authorization, use the Copyright & Complaints procedure with the exact link and supporting rights information. No permission to download and reuse the gallery commercially is granted.
