1. Consent and respect
Use your own photographs or obtain appropriate permission. Get consent from people depicted for the intended changes and publication. Harassment, stalking, threats, humiliating fabrications, exposure of private information and violations of personal rights are prohibited. An attractive result does not justify using someone’s likeness without a lawful basis.
2. Prohibited content
Sexual exploitation of minors, sexualized depictions of children, intimate imagery without consent, assistance with violence and unlawful activity are prohibited. The service is intended for adult users. Do not evade age or content restrictions through prompt wording, altered source materials or indirect instructions. Applicable law remains binding.
3. Deception and impersonation
Do not create forged IDs, evidence, financial documents or images for fraud. Do not impersonate another person. For dating profiles, remain recognizable and do not use someone else’s identity. Do not present a synthetic scene as proof of an event that never occurred. Required disclosures must accompany materially misleading uses.
4. Third-party rights
Do not use protected material without necessary rights. Do not remove another person’s watermark or attribution without a lawful basis. Respect copyright, trademarks, likeness rights and confidentiality. Permission to view a photograph does not automatically include permission to edit it or use it in advertising.
5. Security and misuse
Unauthorized access, malicious files, bypassing restrictions, collecting other users’ information and repeated bonus abuse are prohibited. Do not interfere with infrastructure or use the site to facilitate unlawful conduct. Report suspected vulnerabilities to the operator without exposing other people’s information or attempting further exploitation.
6. Enforcement and reporting
For substantiated misuse, the operator may decline a request or proportionately restrict access, subject to law. Reports should identify the material, explain the concern and provide relevant proof of rights. Do not redistribute unlawful content unnecessarily. Contact the operator if you believe an access restriction or content decision is mistaken.
