Digital Delivery
Last updated: 2026 · PAIDBAK
1. A digital service
Forma proposes digital image creation and editing. Physical goods, postal shipping and collection are not offered. The operator’s postal address is for correspondence. Physical-delivery charges should not be added to token prices. A lookbook image is not a purchased deliverable or an image processed from your uploaded photograph.
2. Available in this version
Information pages, style references, pricing and the registration interface up to code entry are available. User accounts, photo processing and downloadable generated files are not connected. The style playground switches between existing reference photographs locally. It does not upload or process a visitor’s photo.
3. Access to purchased services
When full service is connected, paid tokens should appear in the relevant account after payment confirmation. Supported formats, source-file limits, output characteristics and download conditions must be disclosed before an order. Unpublished technical specifications are not promised. The operator must describe the actual access and delivery process before accepting payment.
4. Processing time
A fixed generation time is not guaranteed. Timing can depend on the request, infrastructure load and provider availability. Users should receive understandable job status. Repeating a request may create a separate result and consume tokens; this should be clear before starting another job. Delays should not be presented as successful delivery.
5. Technical problems
If a result cannot be accessed or a charge appears incorrect, keep the operation identifier and contact support. Do not repeat payment before clarifying the original transaction’s status. Restoring access may require proportionate proof of account ownership. Never provide passwords, email codes or banking security information to describe a delivery problem.
6. Storage and third-party platforms
File-retention periods must be disclosed before photo uploads are enabled. Keep your own copies of downloaded results. Acceptance by social networks, dating services, advertising platforms and official authorities is not promised. Review their rules before using an AI-edited image, especially for identity checks or official documents.
