1. What tokens mean
Tokens are internal usage units for Forma. One generated or edited image costs 5 tokens. A new variation is a separate image; changing prompt text without starting a job should not consume tokens. Tokens are not currency, deposits, investments or securities and are not intended for resale or transfer between users.
2. Packages and calculations
50 tokens cost $2 USD: up to 10 images at $0.20 each. 100 tokens cost $3.60 USD: up to 20 images at $0.18 each. 1000 tokens cost $28 USD: up to 200 images at $0.14 each. These calculations assume a charge of 5 tokens for every image result.
3. Welcome offer
The proposed welcome offer provides 10 tokens after a new user completes registration, enough for two images. It is available once per new user, has no cash value and cannot be transferred. Creating multiple accounts to repeatedly claim the bonus is prohibited. The current registration interface does not create an account or credit a real balance.
4. Order confirmation, taxes and fees
Packages are one-time purchases with no subscription or automatic renewal. Before an actual payment, the package, total, currency, applicable taxes and refund terms must be displayed. Your bank determines its own conversion rates or fees. This version does not accept payments or request payment-card details. Opening registration is not an order or authorization to charge.
5. Validity and unused tokens
The proposed packages have no calendar expiration while the service operates and the account remains active. Tokens are not transferable or redeemable for cash except as required by law or an approved refund. If closure is planned, the operator must explain legally applicable remedies for unused paid balances. Tokens do not replace the obligation to provide a paid digital service.
6. Errors and pricing changes
A technically unsuccessful job should not produce an unreconciled charge; tokens should be restored or the charge reversed following verification. Aesthetic dissatisfaction alone does not establish a technical failure. New prices should apply to future orders and be disclosed before confirmation. Preserve transaction information when reporting a billing issue, without sending full card numbers or security codes.
